The title of the song has finally come to my mind again! It's called "Living To Love You" and it's sung by a German singer, so I guess you don't know it. Anyways, here are the lyrics:
<<Lyrics>>
I think it would perfectly fit as a song for Arwen and Aragorn as well because of the lyrics.
Well, as I can't think of any other good songs apart from that one anymore as well, I guess it's time for a new topic again:
Imagine you would be in Arwen's situation. Would you give up your immortality and abandon your family for your lover?

I think we had this one... but it would depend on the lover and if he was worth leaving the family, though I really couldn't think about abandoning them, I love them.

@Ánië Súrion: Of course, you can join! It's always nice to have more A/A fans here.
to the club, Ánië Súrion! I've just added you to the member list, so you're an official member now. And, of course, you may put the club banner into your siggy.
@Lady Raine: Oh, I see. You're right conerning the topic. I wasn't sure whether I've already dicussed it somewhere in the forum's LOTR movie section or here, but then it was here. So I'll have to think about a new topic...
EDIT: Okay, that's the new discussion topic then:
Which Arwen & Aragorn scene is the saddest one in your opinion? Did any of those scenes make you think that there might be no happy ending for them?

When Arwen leaves Middle-Earth and Aragorn gives back the Evenstar. I was thinking "No!"

^Yes, that one is very sad. I think I yell at my TV everytime I see it still. Another one that I think is very bittersweet is Twilight and Shadow, because Arwen knows that whichever way she chooses, it won't be easy. I think that scene depicts her sacrifice well, which makes it sad, although you still know she and Aragorn will have a happy life.

Yay, thank you!
Um, the saddest A/A scene for me is the one where he says "It was a dream, Arwen. Nothing more" and gives her back the Evenstar. Every time I see that I go "Aragorn you idiot, cut that out!!!" And the look on Arwen's face absolutely breaks my heart....
Runner-up is the scene where Elrond is describing Arwen's fate and we see her grieving for Aragorn. It's heart-wrenching.

^Oh, I completely skipped over that one in my head. That one is for sure the saddest. Especially because you know that even though they will have a long time of happiness, it is not a "happily ever after" sort of thing. In some ways, I love it that Tolkien avoided that aspect. But it's so sad to think about how hard that time would be, especially for Arwen.

I agree with your opinion concerning Elrond's prophecy. Altough I hardly cry while watching movies, this scene really makes me cry each time I see it. It stresses how much Arwen is torn between her father and Aragorn and how hard her decision must be.
When she leaves with all the other Elves after that conversation, I really thought she would leave Middle-Earth forever when I watched TT for the first time.
The scene when Aragorn wants to hand back the Evenstar is also really heart-breaking because of the facial expressions of both. When I watched it for the first time, I thought that this would be the last meeting of the two.
I know that this scene is extended in the EEs. Is it much different from the normal version then?

Only a little. I believe the lines added at the beginning of the conversation are something like this ( someone correct me if I leave something out):
(All of it is also in Elvish.)
Arwen: Is this how you would take your leave? Escape at the first light- unnoticed?
Aragorn: I will not be coming back.
Arwen: You underestimate your skill in battle. You will return.
Aragorn: It is not of death in battle that I speak of.
Arwen: What do you speak of, then?
Aragorn: You have a chance for another life, away from war... grief... despair. (Etc from there)

I thought the same idea when I first saw it.

@ArwenEvenstar: Thanks for the info. I think these additions make the scene even better and also sadder, as they stress Aragorn's grief much more. I never thought Aragorn would just sneak away without really saying goodbye to Arwen.
@Lady Raine: When I watched TTT first I also thought that Aragorn would somehow really marry Eowyn when he hugged her after Helm's Deep, because Arwen had left. I was really shocked. The first thing I did when I got the books a few days later at Christmas was to check ROTK whether Arwen and Aragorn marry or not.

Cool. I thought for sure he was going to get Eowyn, but I was so happy when Arwen came back!
