Thanks for the info, Lady Raine!
That Aragorn would be in favour of the Grey Havens seems clear, as he knows the weight of Arwen's choice then and as he perhaps doesn't want to be the one who takes her away from her family.
I'd already imagined that Galadriel would support her, as she sees things perhaps a bit more objective and knows that Arwen will never be happy again if she leaves Aragorn...

Sure, when I finish. (I'm still kinda deciding how old Arwen will be in the flashback...it will get done though.)
And I agree with the rest of you, Galadriel was probably supportive of her granddaughter's decision, as long as Arwen was happy. And she (Galadriel) approved of Aragorn too, which is always a bonus.

Which woman in this universe and in all parts of Middle-Earth wouldn't like Aragorn?
I guess Galadriel would probably have made the same choice like Arwen if she were in her position (if that were possible even though she has one of the Elven rings of power)...
Do you think that Arwen's and Aragorn's children would have to face the same decision between mortality and immortality or where they "normal human-beings" after Arwen rejected her Elvish immortality?

Well, I would think that since Aragorn was one of the Dúnadain his children would have a longer life-span than the average person. But since both parents were mortal when their kids were born their kids would be mortal as well, I assume.
Edit: Actually, Rose, there's a friend of mine who thinks Aragorn is kinda ugly.

My guess is that they are immortal.

My friends (at least all female ones) admire at least Aragorn even though not all like the "normal" Viggo...But tastes are different...
I've always thought that the kids must be mortal as well, because there's not enough of the Elvish heritage in them, but I agree that they would life longer because of Aragorn's origin as a Dúnadan.
Would you actually prefer immortality to mortality?

I agree that their kids would be mortal, since they're not quite Elvish enough. However, I also agree they would have lived much longer than most.
I would prefer mortality to immortality. Being immortal might seem alluring, but after thousands of years and seeing people and things pass you by would be so hard. You could never become to attatched to anything. Life wouldn't be as meaningful either. Forever is much to long to live.

Yeah, a friend who actually introduced me to LOTR has a huge crush on Aragorn. Then there's the other one, who's all for Legolas. And I like both of them, and also Faramir. Different tastes indeed.
As to your immortality/mortality question, I think ArwenEvenstar answered it in a very nice way. After a couple of millenia it would be something like, "Well, I'm bored. And lonely. This sucks." Men truly do have a gift, being mortal.

Well, I'm a complete Aragorn fan girl myself , but I also like Legolas and Faramir. So my friends in general agree with me when it comes to swooning over these characters...
I agree with you, ArwenEvenstar and Ánië Súrion. I would prefer mortality as well.
I completely agree with what you have said (I couldn't have said it better ). I mean in the beginning it might sound great, but after a while you'll surely get sick of it. And I guess you'd be missing a real aim that you really want to achieve in your life, like a certain job, a family etc., because if you're going to live forever, all this will be more or less meaningless. And I'd never want to make a decision like Arwen had to do between Aragorn and her immortality, because you'd lose so much no matter which way you decide...

*Is also huge Aragorn fangirl*
Exactly. And I agree, it would be a very hard choice... although I really think I would have done as she did in the end.
Just curious, Lasbelingur- why would you prefer to be immortal??
