..... What am I confirming?
Oh and yes, using the internet is cheating. If you have a patient with symptoms that are bizarre, and rare I doubt you should be wasting your time googling a similar patient case.

You are confirming whether or not this is the answer to the riddle.

OHHHH SNAP.
WHAT an episode. OH my god. That was SO freakin' intense!
But, HEEEECTOOOOOOR!!!!!!!
*SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
I LOVE that dog!!! And the ending...with the limping and the turn around.
I wanted to tackle Wilson and throw Hector to House. But the pills scene.
"I think you're dog's committed suicide....He's STONED."
GREAT!!! Hector/House/Wilson was beatiful. Utterly and completely.
But, I really didn't like Foreman's self-righteousness in this episode. It was like the episode after he was saved from death. GAH. ALTHOUGH, the ending, "Consider this my two weeks notice." WHAT?! I mean, he ain't my favourite, but I don't want him to go.
Anyway, GREAT episode.

Oh yes! I agree completely! I definetly like this episode better than the last one. It was a little weird with the situations though.. much of it all seemed to come from luck. (Not like that doesn't always happen to House.. of course.)
Also, Foreman is not allowed to quit. No. No. No. No. No. The team needs someone like him.
Oh my goodness! House's new cane was awesome! The flames! So House!
Cameron: "Flames?"
House: "It makes me look like I am moving faster."

Whoa! I started reading what you guys had said about the episode. I haven't seen it yet. It doesn't show for another 45 minutes. Will be back to discuss in...two hours then.

C'mon guys! You guys gotta gimme the answer in the form of a question .... like Jeopardy! Except I'm a lot cooler than Alex Trebek.
Episode Review:
MontanaBohemian wrote: GREAT!!! Hector/House/Wilson was beatiful. Utterly and completely.
OMG. DEFINITELY.
That was just THE BEST. I knew, I just KNEW they were gonna have a lot of H/W in this. xD I just KNEW. Hector WAS SO ADORABLE. Hector being a masculine name and all, I couldn't help but picture a boxer or a bull-dog, but omg.... Wilson owning that dog. < 3. The picture makes me giggle like mad.
Loved the limp, hated the turn-around look. After watching Fetal Position again, I realized how much they like emphasizing all the cool dramatic, cute moments, and I've had it with those moments.
OH MY GOD. When House came home and did his whole, "OH MY GOD, I ACCIDENTLY LEFT THE DOOR OPEN, I HOPE MY DOG DIDN'T GET OUT." was absolutely.hilarious.
"Where's my stereo system?!"
[rolls]
I didn't expect House was going to keep Hector.
Hector's no Steve McQueen!
Foreman's actions with Matty to get his bone marrow = amazing. Foreman has incredible fortitude, amazing integrity, and I absolutely loved his speech at the end. "I hate that to be like you as a doctor, I have to be like you as a human being." Amazing line.
I was actually upset with House's entire character this episode, his lines weren't really funny to me, his arrogance, and the pressure he puts on Wilson --- it's all becoming.... annoying. I still love his character, he just SUCKS at dealing with people. And perhaps, everyone knows that. He knows that, but he's deluded himself so much that he thinks it's not him. It's the idiots around him. He says that he's damaged, but I don't think he just knows how deficient he is.
Okay, I take that back. ONE LINE that got me.
Wilson: "Exactly... how long do you have to be around people to consider them family?"
House: " [somethingsomething] .... but before that I have to tell Cameron and Chase what they're doing is against God's will."
^That got me!
Okay and the whole "I tripped over Wilson's self-righteousness."

Alright..
Nauriel Rochnur and I's Answer:
What is the idea that the man had hiccups and went into the bar to get a drink to stop the hiccups; then the bartender scared the hiccups away with a gun which caused the man to say thank you?

Okay, I wasn't being literal. A simple, "Did the man have hiccups?" would've sufficed.
Yes.
Next trivia thing will be up. Um, Nauriel gets one brownie for the assist, smeag gets two brownies for the answer.? Sure. Sounds fair to me.
ANOTHER THING! xD The two actors who played the parents to Nicky & Matty were the best actors I've seen on House MD in a very long while.

*dances* Awesome! Thank you Kit!
Yes.. I loved the parents...
House was a little: What? in this episode. He was being too nice to Foreman, or something.

Chase & Cameron's conversation in Pathology. xDxD
I really cannot believe he's really serious about the whole every Tuesday "I'm going to remind you that I like you and I think we should be together." thing. That is going to get very annoying, very fast.
Cameron's line, "You want to say that four times now and leave me alone for a month?!" xDxD

*laughs* Yes, I would hit him if I were Cameron.
I loved Cameron's sarcastic line like she wasn't expecting it.

Back to discuss.
Did Foreman really just give his two weeks notice? Whoa there. And I like the lack of Cameron and Chase for now. Give the audience a bit to really think over, and then back to the sexual tension again.
And I love House's new cane. It's um...witchin'.
And I love the House/Wilson confrontation, where House called Wilson a coward. It was powerful, really.
Let's see...what else?
Um... Hector is pretty awesome. 'He's stoned.'
