^ I think Henry V is my favourite of his Shakepearean films.

The Prince and the Showgirl is an odd mixture of actors and it's an odd storyline, but he was very good in it.

I'm not the biggest fan of Sparatcus for various reasons, but again he was good.

Currently watching Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.

^ good to see another larry fan.

i just watched 1984. suitably bleak and brutal, and the scenes in the ministry of love chilled me to the phone even though i knew exactly what was coming. i didn't think the very end had as much impact as in the book though.

EDIT: now i just watched hotel rwanda. brilliant film, but absolutely heartbreaking to think that it's all true. things like this make me see where manics were coming from when they sang "man kills everything". we really are awful.

^ I think he's one of the best British actors ever. I especially like him in Rebecca and the Divorvce of Lady X.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - there are without doubt a few things in this that annoy me. The whole "curiosity" speeches are just pointless, and I hate the fact they added the sentimental mush, that is Jack leaving and then coming back. No need for that at all.

I finally watched...

"American Psycho"

It was amazing. Bale was wonderfully creepy, he was just a twisted as I hoped he would be. And it was nice to see Jared Leto die so painfully. I think my favorite parts had to be the chainsaw chase scene and the ATM demanding "FEED ME A STRAY CAT." I'll admit, I'm never again going to be able to listen to Walking on Sunshine, Simply Irresistible, or Hip to be Square without thinking of this movie, but that's okay. :teehee:

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go return some videotapes. ;)

Hotel Rwanda. I love that movie. Watched it again for the third time? I think that's right.

OH MY GOD!!!

You FINALLY saw it!!! *jumps around excitedly*

Isn't it BEAUTIFULLY twisted?! XD I LOVED the chainsaw scene. I found myself actually debating how I would react to a NAKED Christian Bale running around after me with a chainsaw. ;) Ha ha ha ha. I'm so weird.

But yeah, EVERY time I hear "Walking On Sunshine" I burst out laughing and go a little morbidly evil. :P

Ah...returning videotapes! ;) After I saw that movie, I found ways to say that in my everyday conversations, it was a bit disturbing. :P

ANYWAY,
"Spider Man". Still debating if I want to see #3. :P

The Curse of the Black Pearl is the greatest PotC movie in my humble opinion.

Just watched Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

The most recent movie I saw was "Enter the Dragon", a Bruce Lee movie from the early 70s. :) It had a weird plot, but some impressive martial arts scenes.

Pirates of the Caribbean : At World's End.

I'm not even sure how I felt about it yet. But it makes me :swoon:.
