May I please join? (puppy dog eyes) At first I was not one hundred percent sure about Willabeth (mainly after and during Dead Man's chest). However now I am completely onboard with this couple. I absolutely love them! They are cute, exciting, and super sweet. Um, I think that I liked them best in At World's end. It gave us sense of closure with them. Not so much that I think that they would be unable to have and/or be in another Pirates of the Caribbean film but just enough that we felt that we had some small ending with them. It really laid all of my doubts and concerns about the couple to rest. It was really beutiful. What else can I say? I just love them. (swoon)

Anie Surion, Well bawled from the moment Will was stabbed until the end of the movie. Oh, and I cried in other parts too of course (cough Norringtons death for example cough). Sadly though I did not know about the after the creadits scene. So I did not get to see it. Oh, welll I supose I will get to see it Eventualy. (sighs)

POOR YOU! *hugs* You missed the most awesome scene in the movie, besides the wedding scene...and the "how can I trust you" scene...and the island scene. Yeah. Anyway, I seriously hope you get to see it, cause it's spiffy! (And Mini Will is almost as cute as Arwen's son Eldarion! )

Anie Surion, Thanks for the hug. I can not wait for this film to come to dvd so I can see that scene. It sounds really great. Cool...maybe they will put a picture of him on the internet maybe even before they release the dvd and I can see what the Willabeth child looks like.

Wow, three. Only three. I love them all Well, the marriage scene hands down. That's an amazing one. And the end scene from CotBP, that's pretty awesome. And the kiss... As for the third, I think it would be the scene at the beginning of DMC when Elizabeth's in prison, but I also love the end scene of AWE because that kiss is just....wow. And Will's line, "It's always been yours," so actually, I think that would beat the DMC scene.

I'd have to the agree. The marriage scene takes the cake, closely followed by the beach scene, and then the end scene in CotBP. DMC really didn't have any good Willabeth moments..

What DMC lacks, AWE made up for.

1. The marriage scene. Hands down best marriage scene EVER. (though I told my friend who has not seen POTC about it and she was like "Oh. That's...romantic." haha)
2. Island scene.
3. End scene from COTBP, from the point where Will says "I should have told you every day from the moment I met you...I love you" onward.

And...I've got two runners-up. I feel compelled to list them.
-the jail scene from DMC
-the scene where they see each other again in DMC. Lizzy looks like she's going to knock him over, she's so excited. It's adorable.

Some great Willabeth scenes have been listed thus far. Thanks for adding on to the list, everyone. Hmm, now I think that I shall take a turn. Personaly I would have to pick...

1. Will's death scene (if that counts...rolls over on the floor laughing. I bet everyone here is now ready to hang me upside down by my toes. Let me explain. I loved the drama of that one moment and the way Will had been fately hurt trying to protect Elizabeth, Elizabeth desperately trying to get Will to stay with her, her grabbing at his hand chest and shoulder, and Will trying so hard to stay with Elizabeth. It was heart wrenching, beutiful, and yet to me at least...kind of romantic. I just loved it and could watch it a hundred million times a day and would never get tired of that scene. (on cloud nine).

2. The wedding scene. (It was funny, beutiful, and exciting to boot. What more could I ask for? In my opinion that was the perfect pay off for all the Willabethers who had waited so patiently for them to end up together and had to go through all of the ups and downs of Will and Elizaveth's lives and life together/relationship right along with the characters. Wonderful pay off scene!)

3. The island scene in At World's End (Now that one was a hard choice between the island scene and the scene in Dead man's chest where Elizabeth ran up to Will and as Anie Surion said looked as though she might knock him over out of excitement of seeing him again for the first time in quite awhie. I picked the island scene though because it was so bitter sweet. You knew he was going to have to leave but that moment was so beutiful. Will's line about his heart always belonging to Elizabeth took romantic to a whole other level for me and Elizabeth running over and kissing him on the beach after taking the chest....was perfect. It was just all around wonderful (except for maybe Will having to leave but he did come back after ten years so I will forgive the writters for that). I just loved that scene.)
As for the whole leg. I didn't mind it. Truth be told I had not been paying very much attention durring that part. I was busy swooning over all that had just happened. I think that they added that so that some of the um...confused (I guess you would say) viewers would not be questioning the paternity of the baby Elizabeth had. See I had this one sixteen (yes sixteen) year old ask me how Will could be the father of Elizabeth's baby when he was dead, the other day and I was like did you not see their second to last sceen together? I was just like...okay....uh. (laughs) Quite awkward. So I think that that was one of the mains reasons why they added that bit to the scene. lol I can see why some viewers did not like it the though.

Oo, Will's death scene was splendid! Keira and Orlando did fabulously in that scene. [Keira moreso than Orli since he was supposed to be dying and all..] I've never felt such heartache whilst watching a movie as I did then. Sobbing into my hands by that time I was. Vey, very well done.

@ Melda: As another hopeless romantic I must say that I agree. My friends were shrinking in their seats at that point because they deemed it sort of awkward. But I thought it was very well done. The perfect and simplest way to show true love between Will and Liz. * dreamy sigh* Die hard romantics unite!
