Your brother has great taste. That used to be my favourite film ever.

A Star Is Born - I would probably like this more if I liked Judy Garland. I only really watched it again for the awesomeness that is James Mason.

I do know what you're talking about- it's a great movie! The acting was so wonderful.

JF: I'll tell my brother you said that! lol I like The Great Escape too.

Well you both have great taste then! You know you are obsessed with that film when you can name all the actors, what character they played and what nicknames their character's were given. :teehee:

While The City Sleeps - I don't know what it is with Dana Andrews and cop movies but he's been on TV a lot recently. Luckily though I really like him. Great movie, slightly predictable, but enjoyable at the same time.

Hey, did you watch that last night on CBC? I did... Well, I only saw the last 1/2 hour of it. Amazing acting... I just love that movie!

Fellowship of the Ring - well parts of it, it was on TV. And then another channel was an hour behind showing it, so I saw the whole cave troll and Balrog battle twice, and Boromir's death twice, which was a bit... weird. I was in tears watching the end and his death. :'(

The Mummy Returns or whatever it's called. It was only marginally better than the first, which means it's only marginally better than below-pathetic. It's not something I'd waste my time with again. If you haven't watched it, don't bother, IMO.

'Tis a shame. As I ♥ The Mummy and I also like the Mummy Returns. :teehee:

Lol, JF. I thought the plots were lame (I much preferred the original The Mummy with Christopher Lee), and the CGI was terrible. Still, the Magi were cool. They were the bright spots in otherwise dismal movies.

Lol, well actually the Christopher Lee The Mummy, is not the original. You'd be needing the 1933 Universal Mummy with Boris Karloff. That be the true original. :D

Hehe, well that's your opinion. I just like them because they entertain me, in a good, fun way. :-)

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
The actors are so young and slightly annoying, but Alan Rickman is great as always! :-)

I dunno if it technically counts as a movie..but it's not a tv show.

An Evening with Kevin Smith 2

So..so..so funny.

Sahara- Eh, I didn't really like it. I almost found it boring... the plot seemed pretty weak. It was entertaining, but I wouldn't watch it again.

Déjà Vu- I really enjoyed this movie! the plot was confusing (it was supposed to be though) but very intriguing. All in all it was a very good film! I recommend it.

....there was a black-and-white-grainy-one before Christopher Lee's black-and-white-grainy-one? Wow.

:swoon: I love your avvy, Phoenix. That part was sooooo funny. :D

Eh, Aerlinniel. Eragon was terrible--Saphira didn't make it any better. The CGI for her was pretty pathetic. :annoyed2:

V for Vendetta- *huggles* yay for Hugo Weaving!

@Aerandir: Well, it was a terrible book, so what did you expect from the movie?

Well yeah, the book was horrible, but I didn't think that the movie could be even worse. They did a terrible job of everything in the movie, whereas CP only did a terrible job of almost everything in the book. :annoyed2: Both of them were boring/annoying/lame, though.
