For the fourth time in a row, Tornac found himself on the ground, the point of a sword at his throat.
"Lad, I don't think there is much more I can teach you," he remarked dryly. "Unless you'd like to learn how to fall gracefully."

"Graceful?" A wide grin split the face of the youth standing above him. "You looked like a bird falling out of a tree!"

Grumpily Tornac grabbed the hand offered him and pulled himself up. "You've bested the best. What now? Shall I teach you astrology or sailing?" He chuckled at the look on the other's face.

"Come, let's find ourselves some food," Murtagh said, clapping his hand on his tutor's back.

//There we go. A beginning. As for the rest....let's wing it. That's always fun. I'm sure we can think of things, good twists such as run ins with Ra'zac and going to other cities. I'd think from here we'd go to Murtagh's dinner with Galby, becoming disillusioned, and his escape.//

writing a story about Murtagh, starting from where he finds out Galby is bad, to the point where he saves Eragon and Arya from Gil'ead(I'm pretty sure that's the right place!)

*dances around the room* Guys guys look! Lady Earwen opened up a screencap request thread and she has requests for Eragon so I got to go and get Murtagh stuff and look look! Murtagh and Tornac headed out of the training room, and through the halls of the castle. They were stopped by a guard.
"King Galbatorix requests that the boy eat with him in the dinning hall," he said. Murtagh glanced at Tornac, uneasy.
"Go ahead. I have business to attend to anyway," Tornac said, with a nod. Murtagh hesitated, then followed the guard in the direction of the dinning hall.

okay, we're starting when Murtagh meets Galby for dinner and finds out that Galby is bad... and then flees away with Tornac who, in turn, is killed. And we're ending right after Murtagh saves Eragon and Arya from Gil'ead... or where ever they rescue Arya from...

NOOOOOOoooooooooooo! Murtagh isn't evil! And, you know, we're going by the general plot of what we know is Murtagh's history... he never really tells what happens between the time he escaped and the time he met Eragon... so, yeah, we can make it up!
