Lol! I agree with you that our poor Aragorn would indeed be really shocked. I think a reaction like Ánië described it would be very likely.
I can't imagine that he would be very amused about such a poster especially in his role as a King. Just imagine how fast the poster could spread all over Gondor and suddenly each girl and woman in his kingdom would have a Cosmogirl/Aragorn poster above her bed.
