Johnny's Fan wrote: Lady Hamilton - This was a bit too long for my liking, but having Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier together playing the lovers Lord Nelson and Lady Hamliton was worth it. And we got to see a bare chested Olivier! *squee* (admittedly he was dying at the time, but oh, well ).
i've been meaning to see that for ages. i absolutely adore olivier (just thinking about him is enough to make me swoon) and i'd love to see him and vivien leigh acting together.
anyway, today i watched i know where i'm going (a really sweet little film from the wonderful powell and pressburger) and indiana jones and the last crusade (meloves harrison ford, and this is definitely the best of the trilogy).

Johnny's Fan wrote: Major Barbara - I normally like 1940's, British comedy films with a good cast but I just don't get this one at all. This is my second viewing and apart from the fantastic Robert Newton, there was nothing about it I really liked, which is a shame, as I'm sure I should like it. *shrugs*
Is that based on a George Shaw play? *is pretty sure she read something about "Major Barbara"*
I just watched King Kong- the original, 1933 version! lol It wasn't bad, especially considering when it was made. Adrien Brody is so much cuter than any of the guys in the original, though. *coughs, glanced around* Did I say that outloud? lol

The title reminds me of a book I love that's called Babysitting Is A Dangerous Job.
Spider-Man 2 - again.
