It's the second in a trilogy called the Uglies trilogy. It's set in a dystopian society (meaning that it seems ideal, but there's a huge amount of flaws in it once you look closer) where every person gets an operation that makes them "pretty" when they turn 16. And then I guess the author wrote another one, but it's about a different character and set a couple years in the future so it's technically not part of the trilogy. Anyway, that one just came out this summer and it's called Extras. I know next-to-nothing about it, sadly...
Also, I've started The Complex Infrastructure Known as the Female Mind by Relient K. It's amazingly entertaining.  _________________
