I think its fabulous about our dollar!
As for the global wamring bit, sure, maybe it is a huge conspiracy to make us feel guilty, but, what we are doing to the planet is wrong. CFCs, CO2, other green house gasses, cutting down huge tracts of lands, nuclear waste, pollution, poaching etc. etc. etc. It's bad, and I think that we have to do something about it. I'm proud to say my family recycles, I take the bus everywhere and we drive a hybird, we use energy saving lightbulbs, electronics and appliances, i dont use aersol anything and we use chemical free cleaning products. Canadians especially need to consume less energy, or start using more nature-friendly products. yeah, nature is going to change, but we are helping it change, whether you percieve the change we are inflicting as good or bad.
We also have other musical exports, Nickelback, Avril Lavigne, Nelly Furtado, Hedley, The Arcade Fire, Bedouin Soundclash. err... some others that I dont remember at this particular time.

Yeah, a lot of people don't like those singers/bands though.. pity, really. I LOVE The Arcade Fire
We also have DALA... they're pretty good too.
Wheeee, Remembrance Day is next Sunday the 11th.. buy your poppies, my fellow Canadians I already went through about 6 of them before realising that I could just stick an earring back onto the end of the pin. I'm going to be standing around for the entire day tomorrow all around Mississauga selling poppies for our cadet corps... we also have to march all day on the 11th.

I'm attempting to make a Rememberance day sig set, so I'm getting in the mood. I am also very excited for Passchendale(sp?) to come out next year. My friends mother got a part in it, and she had the chance to go to the set, but didnt.

Oo good idea... hope you don't mind if I borrow your idea bout a RD sig set
Passchendeale... there's going to be a film about it? That's really cool... I hope it turns out well.
Talking about WWII, I may be going on a trip to Europe this March/April to Belgium, France and Holland to see our war locations (unless something cadet-ish comes up)... I am SO excited.

You know, I should DEFINATLEY join this club if I could.
I am NOT Canadian, but I LOVE Canada!
For crying out loud, Canada is the homeland of Michael Buble and Alexandre Despatie. And it's where they filmed teh Stargate series.
HA HA HA HA!
OH! And I live in Montana, and so I'm a neighbor! Montana LOOOOVES Canada, and I get the feeling the feeling is mutal. I've always thought that if the US continues the way it is, Montana should just become its own state or get annexed by Cananda!! XD
ANNNND, Canada just plain rocks.
SOOO, PWEEEAAASSE???

Sure, we love Canadians and Canadian-wannabes and the like.
You'll love Banff Elanor, it's one of the most gorgeous places ever. It's a bit touristy, a lot worse than Jasper, but it's still amazing. If you ever get the chance try out one of the many hot springs in that area, they're amazing.
yay MOO BOO! Montana should be annexed into Canada, it's so similar, and gorgeous... and flat, like boring old Alberta. But you guys have nice lakes. And part of Glacier National Park, which is a must see before you die.

I know I am one of Canada wannabes too for now. My big bro has been in Toronto over two months. He says all the time whenever I speak with him on msn that he is having fun at weekends a lot with his non-Canadian friends while running up from one festival to another. And btw he is a Canadian citizen already by birth but he never made there until this summer.
