'Kay, I have another question for y'all. (I said y'all. It must be PotR's bad Texan influence on me.) In the event of another PotC movie, would you like to see W/E in it, or do you think their part of the story is over?

no!!! I would LOVE to see Willabeth in another movie! I'm sure the writers would be able to think of SOMETHING for them too... especially Lizzie. In fact that may be the only thing that would make me WANT to see a Pirates 4 (which I'm not too excited about anyway). I mean if it's just Jack and Barbossa it might be kinda fun, but really you need Will and Elizabeth in there somewhere to even it out. Ahhh, I love it when the questions are straight forward and easy to answer without much thought.

Ah, no, actually, I haven't watched any Pirates in a long time since I only have DMC and it doesn't feel right watching it out of order. Maybe that's what's wrong with me!

Erm...well, there's always more of a story to tell, but there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. I think maybe Will and Elizabeth could be left as they are and maybe mentioned in passing in POTC 4, but it's really not necessary to their story to have them show up again. However, their kids are another matter. I don't know about you guys, but I'd love to watch a bunch of little Turners run around on the deck of the Pearl with Jack & Co.

I was so elated that Will and Elizabeth finally got married in the third one. According to my friends, who all apparently were looking at me at that scene, I had a really sappy look on my face. LOL but I didn't really notice them looking at me because I was still watching Willabeth.

^I agree, I think there is more to be told. Did anyone see the scene after the credits in AWE? Apparently you see Willabeth's son as the green flash appears. I would personally love to see a bunch of mini-Turners. XD

I'm afraid you must try to watch DMC ASAP in order to retain your sanity and PotC knowledge or else *long, scary pause and everything grows dark but PD's face (like the old cartoons and whatnot )* it shall lead you down a long, sad road of no return! Beware!



oh, you can NOT imagine the look on my face when I first saw the AWE trailer on the night it premiered and Will asked Liz "will you marry me?" I was off the walls practically! It was too much!

yup, I saw that final scene twice out of the three times I saw it... yeah, Will III is in the scene.. you can see him throughout all of it. he looks a lot like Elizabeth too.

LOL I thought it was so funny though, the entire marriage scene. "I don't think now's the best time!" LOL no really? But it was so incredibly romantic. My friends said that I had my hands clasped and looked a bit creepy XD.

you missed it!? Awww, I'm so sorry to hear that! Did you not know there was something at the end of the movie at the time? poor Mil! aye, their son is VERY lucky! (although he did lack a father for about 9 years of his life... )

Well, there are a lot of wonderful couples out there... but Willabeth IS one of a kind. Willabeth is love.

It was a very cute scene! wonderfully done! I couldn't imagine a better way to get them together... very romantic in an odd, pirate-y way.

I know! They are my favourite on-screen couple. If Orlando and Keira got together, I would be so thrilled...but Keira is dating that one guy from Pride & Prejudice...Mr...Wickham! That's the one. She's dating the actor.


*Sigh* It's so true. Now we need to fine Jack a nice lady, XD But no one tops Willabeth.

Well, not for 10 years after AWE, I'm afraid. but, yes, after those ten years and since Lizzie was faithful to him and was there when he returned that means he was free from the Flying Dutchman and his duties so he could spend the rest of his life with her.

hmmm, they're probably my favorite movie couple... although there are a few others I enjoy watching too really? she's dating him? That seems a bit odd.

nah, Jack's not really that kinda guy. I think he's perfectly content being a batcher.

I dunno, I think mini-Turners might be sliiiightly cheesy. I think it could be pulled off, but much as I love W/E I think their part of the saga might be done. If there even is a PotC 4, and nothing been confirmed for that as of yet.

And as for getting married - my friends joked beforehand that kissing wasn't appropriate in a movie and that they were going to cover my eyes when there was kissing, so I was being all thrilled and then my friend randomly claps a hand over my eyes. So I was giggling and grinning fit to kill and happy as a clown...and then the stabbity-ing Will's-going-to-die hyperventilating began and I then proceeded to bawl my eyes out. Go Melda.

well, I don't think I'm overly sure about mini-Turners either... I don't know if I'd call it cheesy but I think it would just seem like they'd be trying to replace Will and Elizabeth with their kids... and anyway if their kids are with Jack on adventures it would seem like Will and Elizabeth would try to be there too (depending, of course, on how old their kids were ) hmmm, I really don't know that their part could be done and over yet. Will's maybe, but Lizzie had to get off that island somehow and Jack is really the only one who would think of her and even try to take care of her. So they could very easily put her in the next one with Jack and Barbossa. just my two cents... (again )

lol that's sounds about like me as far as the Will getting stabbed. It was fairly unexpected (although before we went my brother just had to look on a site for something and he found out either Will or Lizzie died... so I was sorta ready for it... but still... that whole last part of the Final Battle had me on the edge of my seat ) and I'm so happy he didn't die for good!

Isn't that weird?! Dominic Scott Kay (the little boy) looks crazy like Orlando and Keira! Frankly, I'd be suspicious if Keira were a little older.


Poor you! Although the beginning of your story is quite funny. I kind of had a feeling something was going to happen to Will because of rumors I'd heard on another POTC board, so I was sort of prepared and I didn't cry. I was proud of myself! I just winced and moaned.
