"Lars and the Real Girl"
Awwwww. It was so adorable! I really didn't think it would be possible for someone to make a smart, mature movie about a man carrying around a sex doll. But they did. XD

"30 Days of Night"
Just... awesome. I have never seen so many completely realistic decapitations in my life.

"30 Days of Night" Good horror flick, wanted more refining on the vampire history and character development for the vampires. But that's me.

Spanglish. It was a lot sadder than I thought.

The Bourne Identity. I've been waiting awhile to get a chance to watch it, and it was worth it! It would have been nice if Bourne had had to fight some guys that were as smart if not smarter than him. *shrug* He's got 2 more movies to do that, I guess. lol

Pfft. I go into horror movies wanting nothing more than to see a nice, explicit bloodbath. The story comes second. :P

And that's why they claim it to be, "<i>Based</i> on the graphic novel." Eh.... I find horror flicks can have good storylines. I wanted more character development from the vampires, and there's no such thing as good character development ruining the ruthless killers. The "what are they? what are they?" was solved about halfway into the film. The ending was really good though, that was one of its saving graces.

^interesting ending... I saw it for the first time, even though I know it's been out for awhile... Though they make Angalina Joline's role in the film seem like it's alot bigger in theaters, when really she's in only like 5 minutes of it...

^Ahh! I love those movies so much! Haha I've been watching them again since my sister is home for break right now and hasn't seen them yet. I [heart] Jason! *huggles*

Oops. Sorry about that

Anyways... last movies I watched were The Bourne Supremacy and Spider-man 3.

matthew bourne's swan lake. i love this production sooo much - the choreography and dancing are sublime, and the score is phenomenal. adam cooper (the swan/the stranger) is such an incredible dancer - he combines power and grace in a way that makes my spine tingle. scott ambler (the prince) is fantastic too - i love his fluidity of movement, and he dances the way i feel. i saw him (scott ambler, that is) perform live on stage in the car man on saturday, and i was so excited i nearly hyperventilated.

Shrek the Third - I'm hardly much of a Shrek fan.... but I wanted to see what it was all about and what it was like. :P And actually it was ok, some parts had me laughing (like when they go to get Artie, the baby ogres, and that wizard. :teehee:). But the first one will always be the best, hands down. Oh, I've also discovered Puss in Boots and Donkey are my favorite characters. They're so cute! either way it was an enjoyable movie ;)
