speaking of Heath Ledger
I watched A Knight's Tale...the lady that he fell in love with was lacking period clothing. It was odd... and I disliked it.

I LOVE that movie! It's so hilarious.

Awww. That's one of my favorite movies ever.
I just watched part of "THE STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL!" I only survived fifteen minutes before shutting it off. It made me want to gouge my eyes out with spoons.
Before that was "The Golden Compass". I absolutely loved it.

I must say, the original "Brother's Grimm" is way better than the newer one. The original actually shows that they wrote it, and they're not strange guys wandering out strange forests that make no sense, with child eating horses.
Alice's Adventures A sweet little French film. But, I could not listen and draw, because I had to read the subtitles. But w.e.

^ Great idea! I really need to watch Pirates of the Caribbean CotBP and DMC too...since AWE comes out in one day! (high fives PD)
I watched part of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban last night on ABC Family (Harry Potter weekend was on). I loved the Draco scenes...and especialy the Draco/Hermione scenes!

rent. it's rare that i meet a musical i don't like, but i did not like this one. it got better as it went on, but i still don't think it was up to much. some (well, most) of the songs were rubbish and a couple of the singers' voices really got on my nerves. it also used almost every stereotype society has of gay people and people suffering from aids, which really irritated me - stereotypes only breed prejudice and discrimination.
and before that...stardust, which i absolutely loved. i normally hate cheesy films, but this one didn't take itself too seriously so the cheesiness worked. i though charlie cox made a wonderful accidental hero - very sweet at the start, and a bona fide prince charming by the end. also kudos to the costume designer - the outfit tristan wore for the latter part of the film was awesome (and he wore it very well). if only guys really dressed like that...*sigh*

*returns Drew's high five*
Finally! Huzzah!
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - I finally, after so long a wait, bought and watched this today!! Wow, it's kinda sad to see it on my tv instead of at the theater and I am a little sad about it now being over.... but still I'm pleased it's out and I was FINALLY able to see it again (ooo, I was so excited this morning... it almost felt like Christmas! )! Hands down it is the best movie and dvd of this year! but.... I had to have my heart broken almost three times! but still.... it was really nice to see it again. And now I'm in a real pirate-y mood. yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me!!!
btw, folks, the countdown to AWE is... *sniff* over.
