Oh, that's alright, Saira. ;) I've done things like that before too... and at least now I don't feel utterly left out and cheated by getting it 3 months after you! :P :teehee: so you know what? I'm reading The Last Battle now and I'm finding it depressing... :erm: it's so sad!! I don't want Narnia or anything to end! I can't imagine what the movie'll be like when it finally come out. :(

Haha :P Yes we all do silly things like that PD.

 The ending of things is always sad... Especially of something that you get emotionally involved.

You wanna see emotionally involved, check out Melda at the end of AWE. First of all, I bawled through the whole last half hour of the movie. Then, just as I'm finally getting control of myself, the final scene after the credits comes on and I totally burst into tears again. So my friends are like, "Um, hi, this is happy, no?" and I was all "I knowwww...but it's ENDING...*sob*"

I actually don't really like the Last Battle. Shift drives me up the wall, I can't stand him. My favorite Narnia book is either Prince Caspian or The Horse and His Boy. I absolutely can't wait for the movie :P My whole family's with me on this one, too, which they weren't with LotR or PotC - they just kinda humored me. Lol.

And randomly, I'm Canadian too :teehee: Albertan, actually.

Shift always bothers the heck out of me too, but I LOVE Puzzle. He's just the cutest little donkey I've ever seen! And you know he really wants to do the right thing, he's just not smart enough to walk away from Shift. As for The Horse and His Boy...I'm uber-excited! That's totally my favorite! :bounce: I just hope they don't make the Talking Horses look corny...they need to get really good voice actors for them so you belive it.

Edmonton :)

They'll be fine, I think. Technology is advanced enough that talking animals isn't a problem any more, and since the quality of these movies has been extremely good so far, I don't think we need to worry. I'm looking forward to Aravis, in that one - she's awesome.

I hope not...
Oh boy! :bounce: I wonder if they'll cast an unknown for Aravis? Of course that'll be in at least 5 or 6 years so it really isn't too much of a priority now, I'm sure...

hmm, I don't believe there is any need to worry about them making Bree corny, Anie. ;) As Melda pointed out, technology is pretty advanced... and in 4 or 5 years... who knows! Also, don't forget there IS a talking horse even in LWW and he's just fine. ;)

Really? Shift annoys you guys that much? hmmm, maybe there's something wrong with me then! :P I don't really mind him, he's annoying and he's a traitor so of course I don't like him, but still... :erm: he dies so it's all good! :-D
But do they all really die in The Last Battle (even Peter and Edmund and Lucy?)? I'm only 3 chapters from the end and that's how it appears to be at this point... if that's the case than it's totally depressing! :'( how can they all just... die!?

Ooo, Aravis! I'm looking forward to seeing her too! :P and Shasta...

I find Shift really interesting, so you aren't alone Call. ;) And yes, they do all die. Which sounds bad, but really it's all okay. It's explained to you as to how they die, and so then they get to live forever in Aslan's country (heaven). Really, when you read the last chapter, you don't mind it so much.
