That is absolute CRAZY TALK! Crazy talk I say!
That's so bizarre...I mean, there are so many other deserving actors out there that are performing throughout the entire film! Makes no sense to me! There should be like a...requirement that they are in the film for at least 30 minutes or something. XD

I know, I mean "supporting" does mean they're not the main actor/actress.. but it should mean more than "blink you you'll miss me". XD
And yet there are other roles which are clearly supoorting and yet they are put down as "best". Crazy Academy.

Meep! We are scarred then!

Enchanted and Hairspray. Both were equally entertaining and wonderful. James Marsden was just so hilariously cheesy in both films!

Hotel Rwanda. I really love this movie so much. Who's the main actor in this? Don Cheadle? Yeah. I love him in everything he does.

The Philadelphia Story
(the one with Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant, and Jimmy Stewart)
This movie is just so well-written and fun to watch! I love all of the amazing actors...I've seen it so many times, but every time it's wonderful.

"Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day"
What a fantastic film. I'm ECSTATIC that someone was finally smart enough to go back to the winning formula of the screwball comedies of the 30's and 40's and get it right. Not only does it look like, walk like, and talk like a film of the Golden Era, but it makes you feel all warm and cozy like those films do. Almost everything Hollywood's churning out these days is so drab and meaningless that this was unbelievably refreshing. The reason it worked so amazingly well is because, for once, they weren't trying to remake or improve upon some classic, which is almost always disastrous. This was purely an attempt to revive the feel of those great movies, and somehow they pulled it off.
Amy Adams gave a performance as Delysia that absolutely stole the screen, and the contrast with Frances McDormand's Miss Pettigrew was a constant source of entertainment. I was so amazingly excited seeing Lee Pace on the big screen. He was amazing as always, but I had no idea he could sing! And he had facial hair! Whoever did costumes and sets for this absolutely deserves an Oscar. I was drooling throughout the film, especially over the apartment, but the Scarlet Peacock set at the end took my breath away. Perhaps I'm a little too nostalgic about the glitz and glamor of the era, but this made me really happy.
The movie is set in London on the eve of WWII, so it's not all happy, frothy fun. There are little hints throughout the film that the characters' rich, glamourous, perfect lives are about to be shattered. One of my favorite scenes is set in the middle of a huge, sparking party when the unmistakable drone of bombers is heard over the music. All of the young twenty-somethings rush outside to excitedly and joyously cheer them on, while two of the older characters remain inside.
"They don't remember the last one, do they?"
"No, they don't."
This is the first time I've come out of a film and had nothing bad to say about it. I loved it. If I hadn't had to go pick up my brother, I would have watched it again.
