Hello everyone  . I am so sorry I haven't been posting. I hope I still am in the club  . My favorite Tolkein books are The Fellowship of the Ring, and Return of The King. Well, that's it.

Lol, don't worry about it, Lady Nienna. I'm not going to chuck you out of the club for not posting! But you probably thought so because I forgot to add your name to the list. I'll go do that now.
I recently finished The Silmarillion, and now I actually like it more than the LotR series. It is now my all-time favourite book. _________________ <center>

Sure. I'm adding you to the list. If you review the thread, try to answer some of the questions we asked. This thread is starting to die, which is a shame if that is how we honour Tolkien.

Hello Varda , Hannon le!! I have not read The Simarillion yet. But from what you wrote, I bet it's a wonderful book ! I'm going to try to read it as soon as possible!

Oh yes. yes Lady Nienna, you must read The Silmarillion!! It is another Tolkien masterpiece and gives you such a wonderful understanding of the world Tolkien created aroung LotR. Personally, I love all the stuff written about the Vala and Maia!

Yeah, the Valaquenta was interesting, as were the other writings of the Valar and Maiar. But my personal favourite was the Quenta Silmarillion, mainly the writings about the Noldor.

Personally I most enjoyed reading about all the Vala and Maia. That was my most fav part in the whole book I think...

Hello Varda, I'm black crayon and I'm pretty new here. I'm trying to assimilate (assimulate?) into AU.com and I fould out about the Tolkien club. Could I join? It sounds really cool not to mention Tolkien is my role model, idol, etc. Please concider me, huh? Thanks!
