I got done reading The Host (finally!) by Stephanie Meyer, and now I'm turning to my summer reading list, so I'll probably start on The Chronicles of Narnia here soon.

^ahh, summer reading lists. :teehee: btw, have fun with the Narnia books!

anyway, so I've started reading Wives and Daughters by Elizabeth Gaskell. Good book so far. I can't believe it took me this long (since Christmas) to start reading it... oh well. And then after that my summer reading list includes the Lord of the Rings. ;)

I finished ...Och De Vita Skuggorna I Skogen (...And The White Shadows Of The Forest) by Maria Gripe a few days ago and continued on with the third installment of the Shadow series by the same author; Skuggornas Barn (Children Of The Shadows). I've probably read them a gazillion times but they're just so wonderful!

:D

Lol, old habits die hard I suppose. Which one? Dickens or Running With Scissors?

I'm considering maybe possibly sort of remotely trying to read the Twilight books, if only just to see what all the hype is about.

Yeah, that's what I did. I finished Twilight a couple days ago. I have to say, I think that they're overrated - only reason they have all the fans they do is cause every teenage girl wants to fall in love with an unbelievably gorgeous and angsty guy :P I will say, though, that the book kept me turning pages.

Dear Journal,
I just started reading Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen.. and I'm rather bored.. is that normal?
Everybody tells me how fabulous it is, but I seem to be missing out on something.

HOW? I had to read it for English this year and gave up by chapter ten. Thank you SparkNotes.

Uh...
The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak. Again. Because it's my all time-favorite novel.

Read it. Then grab yourself a chainsaw and PM me to rant about it.
