Frodomania. Nice. I like it.
Saira, I'm sure we will have more Frodoishness than just graphics. Stuff like his bio, family tree, stories (perhaps Ruth Ann and Lilith would like to tell their story on the site?) and such.
Also, I have what I consider a decent layout at my site so if we used it, all we need is a header and background. If we want to, I can just send the coding to whoever sets up the site.

Will do Saira.
I was thinking about having a section on "the girls", which would be bios for all of the different girl made to be Frodo's lover. And posting that story does sound like fun.
I love that layout! And I am sure one of us will be able to make a header for it.

Nice smeag! Now on to the making it a site. Apparently, I do all my thinking at work because tonight I had a layout idea along the lines of the Red Book of Westmarch. So if no one minds, I'll make the layout and then we can go from there? If someone else wants to do something though, go ahead.

That would be awesome if you could make the layout!
I will wait until you do that before I do anything.

Okay. I've got a layout made. However, at the moment the site is on the option where you use the Freewebs editor to manage everything. It's easy...until you want to add something custom. Then it's a pain. So here comes the question. Do we mind using HTML only? You can "downgrade" to it at this page >> http://fw.members.freewebs.com/s/accoun ... 1ae75fc4ca
Here's my thing. HTML isn't that hard to use, as is, because we won't be having a whole lot of random things to look up. As far as I know. There are a few basic codes that will be used for pretty much everything.
Code: <img src="">
<br> is just like an enter
<div> this tells the computer what part of the css sheet to use. You just have to put id=content at the beginning of any page. Not too complicated.</div>
Those in general are what would be used. It really isn't very complicated. I'd get the css sheet set up and the home page. From there, all you really would have to do is copy the top of the home page HTML code and paste it at the top of each new page you do.
I'll wait to do anything until I hear from you all. And any questions about that stuff ^^ I'll try to answer.

I would love to use strict HTML.
We could make a photo album, or more than one... so you don't really have to worry about posting images up directly.
By the way, image code is this:
Code: <img src="">

Wow, don't know quite what happened with me there. Too much AUing, I guess. Yeah. Looking through the past couple pages, it seems people are willing to learn HTML as well, so I think that'll be the best option. Should I go ahead and change it now? I'm heading off to bed really really soon, so if I don't get a response now then I'll have stuff up later on. Like, 10ish.

Why have I not joined this yet? I adore Frodo.
Anyways, I'd love to help with website stuff. ^_^ I can make a header and whatnot if you tell me what size you want it to be.

Yeah, just go and change it to HTML. That is the best option, and I can mingle with making pages and stuff easier in all for everyone.

I agree with HTML and all the things you said
I'm going out right now, but as soon as I come back, I'll see what I can do

Wow, it looks great so far! Thanks fpr PMing me the login information, smeag! I can't believe you guys are so quick. Plus, the header is really cool. If any more graphics are needed, I'd love to make them
Do you think it would be a good idea to add some of Eariel's poems? We could add a "fan" section and post them there. I just wonder where she's gone, because we can't really post anything without her permission.
And I'm fine with html, I can edit a html site and I have some basic knowledge about it, I just can't code a whole layout. Thankfully, you guys did that already.
