yup! The part were they matched Galbatorix with Gullom's voice was was really make me roll on the floor and luaph!

I also saw an Eragon video with Star Wars sounds... I foregot where I found it.

Yes, stuff like this should be taken lightly, and with luaphs, not with harsh words and anger!(and that's all I'll say about that little problem)

Hm... Tamora Pierce published her books before CP... and in her books, magic is found by a strandthing in the mind. Well, in Eragon, the magic is also found in the mind... coincidence? But in TP's (lol... tp... lol...) books, magic has nothing to do with words... though I did see the thing with it being found in the mind before it's used...

And CP could be a really good writer, if he didn't take so much stuff from other people!

What makes me angry, is when people hate A-U because of a few people disagreeing with you... if everyone did that, there would be no one here save for a few people who never post. Its pathetic! I'm sorry, but there are going to be people who disagree with you through out your entire life, myswell get used to it now.

I've been plenty upset because people have disagreed with me, but im not going to leave A-U because of it.

Shadowcat, put in her very first post, asked wether or not people liked it or not, she then stated that she did not, so this thread goes either way. Mainly a discussion thread, and therefore, all of the Eragon lovers left, and the Eragon dislikers stayed, to discuss.

Sure, people are going to make you angry and upset... but thats what happens. Sorry, it had to come to you leaving.


I like decent, intricate fantasy books. Ones that weave spells about your imagination and your mind, that make you forget reality and the real world. I love fantasy books that have amazing characters, both flawed and have great personalitys. Fantasy should be totally unpossible, and as original as possible.

So impossible that it seems real and you forget that dragons and giant gorillas and fairies and Titans don't exist in today's societ.

I speak the elvish I know in public! I say Av iston(I don't know) at least ten times a day... It's better than just saying I don't know or shrugging my shoulders! lol! Plus, Elvish seems easier to understand when transelated than the Ancient Language in Eragon....

Well, the language in Eragon is not really a language... it has no proven structure at all. It's just a bunch of gibberish that apparently have meaning. None of us can ever learn to speak it because of that.

Middle-earth languages are speakable if you learn them properly because Tolkien gave it a structure to follow.
